You also have the option to submit your cancellation electronically using the “Cancel Order” button provided in our online store. The electronic cancellation takes place in a two-step process required by law. After initiating the cancellation via the cancellation button (“Cancel Contract”), you will be prompted to enter the information required for the cancellation and then explicitly confirm the declaration (“Confirm Cancellation”). Once the process is complete, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your notice of withdrawal on a durable medium. This notice supplements the withdrawal policy and describes solely the additional option of exercising the right of withdrawal electronically.
